Lori Palatnik was BSBI's Scholar in Resident in January of 2009. She is an author and Jewish educator who has appeared on television and radio and has lectured in North America, the U.K., South Africa and Israel, illuminating traditional practices and life-styles for our contemporary world.
Lori grew up in Toronto, Canada where she majored in communications and advertising. She was awarded national recognition for excellence in radio copywriting and production. Lori Studied at EYAHT and Neve Yerushalayim College for Jewish Women in Jerusalem after which she returned to Toronto and hosted the television show, “The Jewish Journal”.
